Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING
Blue Milk & Honey ships within the United States and Canada. We can be contacted at hello@bluandhoney.com.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for order processing. This includes all expedited orders. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from when they are placed.

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to process before shipping via USPS. Additional processing, shipping time, and restrictions may apply for some products and locations, and during busy holiday seasons. Once you've placed an order with us (thank you!), you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and link to a personalized order status page so that you may view the items ordered, shipping/billing information, and tracking number once your order ships.

Be sure to verify the shipping address you've provided is correct as soon as you can! If an update does need to occur please notify us at hello@bluandhoney.com for any changes or updates to your address. While we will make every effort to correct any errors brought to our attention before your order has shipped, Blue Milk & Honey will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit, undeliverable, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect shipping information.

DELIVERY
While we do not require a signature to receive the shipment, we strongly recommend you be present to accept delivery given the high value of your order. We realize this may be inconvenient at times, but we would like to ensure that your purchases arrive securely. Once received, our products need to be stored in a cool dry place.

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but it's nowhere to be found: Don't panic! Be sure to look thoroughly where your mail is typically delivered and ask your family or neighbors if they've received the package. In the event that your package is still not found:
1) Please contact your local Post Office or USPS customer service right away to inform them of your missing package.
2) Please then inform our team at hello@bluandhoney.com so that we may verify with USPS the status of your package and assist however we can!

For any damaged, missing or incorrect items, please contact us. We take great care to ensure that your order makes it to you, but if there are any issues regarding the products received in your order please let us know. When contacting us, be sure to include the following information so that we may assist you quickly and efficiently! For damaged items and quality issues, please provide us with detailed photos of the product(s), and the order number.

In any case of stolen packages, all replacement orders will require a signature to receive the shipment. This is in order to prevent any other instances of package theft.

RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your order, please email us! More than anything, we want to make it right for you. Please be advised though that because of the nature of our products, we do not do refunds. We will, however, make every attempt to satisfy you, even if that means revising your order free of charge.

Please note that all customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for products sent back to Blue Milk & Honey. Once we have initiated your return process via email at hello@bluandhoney.com, we will provide you with our return address.

Once the return is received, the refund is processed securely back to the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to complete, depend on your card's issuing bank.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please make sure your order is accurate before confirming checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. If you need to edit your order before it ships, please email our team at hello@bluandhoney.com. While we cannot guarantee we'll be able to catch your order before it ships, we will do our best. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this causes.
